Generally we will not send out orders on a Friday during warmer months so that your order does not sit in a hot Post Office over the weekend and melt.

We pack the goods as securely as possible and can not take responsibility for breakages in transit.

If you wish to have a parcel sent REGISTERED POST please make a request in customer comments.

From Sydney

We use Australia Post as this is the most efficient and reliable way of getting your order to you. This ensures quick delivery and in most cases is next day. We will oncharge the costs charged by Australia Post. Where possible we will use Express Post satchels.

Other areas such as Northern Territory and country areas are usually sent by Australia Post as this is more economical.

From Melbourne

For all other areas such as local Melbourne, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia these are sent from our Melbourne store to reduce postage costs.
