We use a
courier service as this is the most efficient and reliable way of getting your
order to you. This ensures quick delivery and in most cases is next day. We pack
the goods as securely as possible and can not take responsibility for breakages
in transit.
Generally we
will not send out orders on a Friday during warmer months so that your order
does not sit in a hot warehouse over the weekend and melt.
For orders that
exceed 5kg, apart from in the Sydney area, an extra $3.30 will be charged per
5kg.
Other areas
such as Northern Territory and country areas are usually sent by Australia Post
as this is more economical.
From Melbourne
For all other
areas such as local Melbourne, Tasmania, South Australia, these are sent from
our Melbourne store to reduce postage costs. These are usually sent by Australia
Post so generally cost between $6 - $15 depending on the size of your order and
the destination.
